Hangar One Avionics, Inc. proudly completed the mission-ready Bell 412EPX helicopter for San Diego City Fire. Configured for firefighting and rescue operations, this aircraft was engineered with custom avionics, communications, and mission equipment to support aerial response across a variety of emergency scenarios.
Key integrations include a fully customized instrument panel and hoist operator’s console, a digital audio system, Axnes wireless ICS, dual P25 multi-band radios, and advanced video and camera solutions for enhanced situational awareness. The aircraft is also equipped with NVIS cockpit lighting, searchlight systems, hover pump assemblies, extended landing gear, cargo enhancements, and a full fire attack system. Built to perform under high-stakes conditions, N284SD represents the next level of operational readiness for San Diego’s aerial firefighting fleet.
